A spacious two bedroomed apartment on the top floor of Porth Beach House with superb views over Porth Beach and the sea. This property which will sleep four guests has lift access and an allocated parking space.

FAMILY BATHROOM Fully tiled, wash hand basin, wc, bath with mains shower over and a shower screen. Shelf, heated towel rail and tiled floor.

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, chest of drawers, lamp, mirror and wardrobe. There is a Juliet Balcony with beach and sea views.

BEDROOM TWO (ENSUITE) Two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and lamp. The ENSUITE has a shower cubicle with mains shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, DINER, LOUNGE.

KITCHEN A four ring electric hob, electric oven and extractor, fridge/freezer, wastebin, washerdryer, microwave, dishwasher.

DINER There is a table and four chairs.

LOUNGE A four seater sofa, coffee table, flatscreen TV with CD/DVD combination and TV stand. Patio doors that open out onto the main balcony giving fabulous views over Porth beach and the sea.
