This self catering house is set close to the Glendorgal Hotel in an area known as `The Village` which has a Mediterraean feel to it as you walk through. There is a short walk to the Hotel and to both Porth and Lusty Glaze Beaches from here, while Newquay Town Centre is approximately two miles away with its bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife.
15 Glendorgal is a stylish and attractive property which is furnished and equipped to a high standard with reverse accommodation, the kitchen, lounge and dining room on the first floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower ground floor. This self catering house is dog friendly Outside is a private garden patio area with garden furniture.
There is an allocated parking space for the house and further parking in the main Hotel carpark.
House guests benefit from a Guest Loyalty Card giving 10% off food and drink at the Watermark Brasserie and Bar within the Glendorgal Hotel with stunning views from the conservatory across the Cornish coastline and Porth Beach. The menu caters for all tastebuds with the majority of the food being locally sourced.
Glendorgal Health Club Guests can also use the Loyalty Card in the health club free of charge. Please note that children are not allowed in the health club but are permitted to use the swimming pool. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: there are no instructors in the Health Club and pool towels are not provided.

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, bedside chest of drawers and side lamps, dressing table and mirror, wardrobe, chair, sliding patio door onto terraced deck.
EN-SUITE Fully tiled. Wash hand basin, WC, step in shower cubicle and mains shower, tiled floor.
BEDROOM TWO Two single beds, wardrobe, chair, side tables and lamps.
FAMILY BATHROOM Fully tiled. WC, wash hand basin, bath and mains shower over bath.
HEATING Gas central heating.
DOG FRIENDLY A maximum of one small/medium dog is welcome at this property but must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or on the beds and we ask that the dog is kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of dogs from the property at the end of your stay.
PARKING One allocated car parking space with more available in the overflow car park.
