A large upper ground two bedroomed apartment with views over Newquay Golf Course, Fistral Beach and the sea. This self catering property sleeps four guests, has an allocated car parking space and a large storage cage in the basement, ideal to keep surf boards, bikes and golf clubs.

BEDROOM ONE Has a king size double bed, chest of drawers and lamps, wardrobe and a patio door that opens out onto the full sized decked balcony with views over Newquay Golf Course and the sea. The ENSUITE bathroom has a shower cubicle with mains shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

BEDROOM TWO has two single beds, wardrobe and a pine table.
