4 The Beach House is a stylish, modern and well-appointed ground floor apartment in a superb location virtually on the beach at Porth, a few minutes walk from a family pub and one mile from Newquay.

LOUNGE AND DINING AREA Widescreen TV and DVD player, three seater settee and armchair, compact fold away dining table and chairs plus a small breakfast bar.

PATIO A patio with table and chairs leads off the lounge.

KITCHEN Well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine and combi-dryer, plus a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery.

FEATURES All bedding made up for your arrival comprises of pillows, duvets and linen. All towels and tea towels provided for apartment use. Full double glazing and central heating. Smoke alarm. Lift.

PARKING Reserved parking space for one car. If two parking spaces are required, one can be parked at the Porth Veor Manor free of charge.

Guests of The Beach House are welcome to use the facilities of the Porth Veor Manor, just 200 yards away. These include a bar, restaurant and conservatory, laundry facilities, plus the grounds and a heated outdoor swimming pool (open April - October). Breakfast and dinner can be arranged via the Porth Veor Manor reception at special discounted prices.

Disabled clients are most welcome; however The Beach House apartments are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair of for anyone with severe walking difficulties.
