49 Tre Lowen is a first floor two bedroom apartment situated in the desirable Pentire area of Newquay. Located close to Fistral Beach, the picturesque Gannel estuary and within easy walking distance of Newquay town centre.
Please note smoking is NOT permitted in 49 Tre Lowen or on the balcony which includes burning or heating any material which causes heat or smoke.
To gain access to this lovely apartment enter the building from the rear of the car parking area and up one flight of stairs.
The apartment offers open plan living accommodation including the kitchen, dining area and lounge which is suitable for four guests and one well trained pet.
KITCHEN Smart white panelled doors, black worktops, four ring gas hob with electric fan oven with extractor hood. Dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridgefreezer.
LOUNGE Two, two seater leather settees, coffee table with games and books, lamp, 40` Bush flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player. TV stand. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with table and chairs.
DINER Oak table and four chairs.
BEDROOM ONE King size double bed, chest of drawers, side tables and lamps. Flatscreen TV, built in wardrobes. ENSUITE BATHROOM Fully tiled mains shower with cubicle, mirror with shelf, WC, wash hand basin, covered wastebin, heated towel rail.
BEDROOM TWO Two single beds, side table and lamp, chair, wardrobe with shelves and mirror. Wall mounted flatscreen TV.
FAMILY BATHROOM Mains shower over the bath with shower screen, WC, wash hand basin, shelf with large mirror, covered wastebin and heated towel rail.
Hardwood laminated flooring in the lounge and carpets in the bedroom.
HEATING Gas central heating.
PARKING One allocated car space to the rear of the property.
PET FRIENDLY A maximum of one small/medium dog is welcome at this property but must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or on the beds and we ask that the dog is kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.
