This stunning development of twenty-eight 4 Star Rated stylish and contemporary holiday villas is set within the St Merryn Holiday Village on the outskirts of St Merryn, just three miles from Padstow and close to seven spectacular bays. The village of St Merryn is about a mile from the holiday villas where the amenities include a shop, several restaurants and pubs including The Cornish Arms where Rick and Jill Stein are the new landlords.

Bay Retreat Villas - all brand new from autumn 2008 - provide modern living with a high standard of comfort throughout. Please note that each villa is fully equipped for a maximum of 5 adults but a z bed can be supplied if required to accommodate an extra child.

Ideally located just three miles from the popular Medieval estuary town of Padstow - noted for its busy fishing harbour and Rick Stein`s famous restaurants. Across the estuary there is Rock, the magnificent sands of Daymar and a little further, Polzeath.

There are seven bays all within easy reach from Bay Retreat with the nearest, Constantine Bay, just three miles away. Just a short drive south along the coast are Watergate Bay and Newquay.

Each self catering property has two bedrooms on the first floor and a kitchen and lounge/diner leading onto a private timber decked terrace and small lawned garden on the ground floor.

Excellent facilities include

A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in some properties subject to advance booking and a supplement of £6 per night per dog but they must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms and we ask that dogs are kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.

DISABLED CLIENTS are most welcome, however, please note that these villas do not have a lift and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If unsure please ask.
