Beachside is a well appointed spacious two bedroom apartment in the fabulous area of Pentire boasting direct views over Fistral Beach and the sea. This property is close to Newquay golf course and the town centre. Suitable for families and couples only.

The apartment is on the first floor and is approached by a spiral staircase leading from the car park to the main door.

LOUNGE Large and spacious with high ceilings and large bay window with fabulous views over Fistral Beach and coastline. Three seater settee, two arm chairs and a bean bag. Coffee table, 42 inch plasma TV, occasional table and lamp. KITCHEN/DINER Good sized fitted kitchen with ample wall units offering good cupboard space. Integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob inset into work surface with extractor hood over and microwave. Dining table and four chairs.

BEDROOM ONE Double bedroom with en suite shower room: Large room with 2 large windows with views over the beach and beyond. Double bed, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with 2 bedside lamps. A fully tiled en suite shower room with WC and pedestal wash hand basin, low flush WC and shower cubicle.
