This Scandinavian style, spacious four bedroom lodge is set in the Cornish countryside within the holiday village of Retallack Resort and Spa, six miles from Padstow and eight miles from the surfing mecca of Newquay. The lodge which is equipped with modern furnishings is ideal self-catering accommodation. Retallack Resort and Spa is close to the A30 and from the lodge you can visit the Eden Project, Rick Stein`s Seafood Restaurant at Padstow, Jamie Oliver`s Fifteen at Watergate Bay or have a family day out at Padstow and the many beaches around Newquay.
PLEASE NOTE : Guests staying at the Benasa Lodge are NOT permitted to use the swimming pool and gym. Guests are welcome to use the licensed Sports Bar and Cafe which has free WIFI access. The Loop Restaurant, the 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis courts, the children`s adventure playground and the Flowrider, an artificial wave machine which gives you the experience of surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding in a self-contained environment. Flowrider is subject to pre-booking and availability. Spa treatments are also subject to pre-booking and availability.

Super King size zip and link bed set up as a Super King size double but can be re arranged into two x 3 foot singles. Two bedside chest of drawers and lamps, large chest of drawers, desk/dresser with lamp, wall mirror, built-in wardrobe.
BEDROOM TWO Two single 2.5 foot zip and link beds which can be re arranged into one king size double bed. Two bedside chest of drawers and two lamp, large chest of drawers and full length mirror.
FAMILY BATHROOM Large shower cubicle, mains shower, bath with shower attachment on wall, WC, `his and hers` wash hand basins, heated towel rail, waste bin, tiled floor.
UTILITY CUPBOARD Granite effect shelf, washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, shoe rack, fire extinguisher and cleaning equipment.
OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, DINER AND LOUNGE
KITCHEN Laminated granite effect surfaces with stainless steel splash back, four ring gas hob, electric oven and extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, bread bin, waste bin, stainless steel sink and drainer, cupboard with gas boiler.
DINER Oak dining table, eight chairs, sliding patio door onto decked patio, table and eight chairs, views over the resort and countryside.
LOUNGE One two seater settee and one three seater settee, nest of tables with lamp, 32` flatscreen TV with FreeSat, DVD player. Stairgate if required.
Stairs to first floor:
SECOND LOUNGE Six seater corner sofa with poufe, coffee table, nest of tables with lamp, storage shelf with books, 32` flatscreen TV with FreeSat, DVD player. Patio doors onto balcony with views over the resort and countryside.
SIDE ROOM/PLAY ROOM/STUDY - off lounge With desk, chair and mirror.
BEDROOM THREE Super king size zip and link bed set up as a Super King size double but can be re arranged into two x 3 foot singles. One chest of drawers, mirror, two bedside chest of drawers and lamps, double wardrobe.
BEDROOM FOUR Two single 2.5 foot zip and link beds which can be re arranged into one king size double bed. One chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, one full length mirror, two bedside chest of drawers and lamps.
BATHROOM Shower cubicle, mains shower, WC, wash hand basin and cabinet, towel rack and storage rack, heated towel rail and mirror, tiled floor.
PARKING Parking outside the lodge for two cars
HEATING Gas central heating.
OUTSIDE The lodge has a large decked area with a glass and metal framed table, six chairs and two foot stools (stored in downstairs bedroom wardrobe) on the front decking, and a wooden table with bench and chairs on the side decking. There is also a barbecue.
DOG FRIENDLY Dogs are allowed at this property however the maximum is one dog which must not be left in the property unattended. That dogs are on leads around the property, and fouling is cleared up. The dogs are to be kept off of furniture and the hirer must bring bedding for the dogs. In the interest of visitors safety and as a result of Government legislation we are unable to accept the following types of dog American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro and Doga Argentino even where these types of dogs are muzzled as required by law.
