Bramble House is a modern four bedroom semi-detached house, located in Porth affording wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

Walking distance from Newquay town centre with all of its amenities and for those of you looking for something a little more adventurous Watergate Bay is only 20 minutes walk away along the South West Coast Path.

The house provides very spacious and versatile accommodation over three floors, which could easily accommodate two families or couples wishing to share.

The owners live close by and both Bramble and Hawthorn are maintained to a good standard.

GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with access to:

Doors from hall lead into the second inner hall.

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, built in wardrobes, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV. Doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the countryside with garden furniture and access to the side of the house.

SHOWER ROOM Electric shower, heater, wash-hand basin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR KITCHEN/DINER With sea glimpses towards Porth beach. Fully fitted with large American style fridge/freezer - water and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, waste-disposal, coffee maker, table and chairs. Dividing doors open onto:

LOUNGE Six piece leather corner sofa, coffee table, easy chair, 32` LCD flat screen TV, Freeview, video and DVD player. Doors leading out onto:

TERRACE With decked patio overlooking the countryside.

PET FRIENDLY A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in this property but must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms and we ask that dogs are kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.
