Cinq 5 Zinc, Fistral Beach is a modern and stylish split-level two bedroom apartment on the ground and lower ground floors of the Zinc development. The open plan living area opens out onto a large private garden terrace with a gate and steps down onto Headland Road. There are lovely town, golf course and coastal views towards Fistral Beach from the terrace.

PARKING There is no allocated car parking for this apartment. Guests can park in Dane Road car park directly behind the Zinc building. Access can be made by walking through the communal walkway in Zinc, or by walking down headland Road, turn left into Dane Road and up the hill and into the car park. Guests have free use of a Rover permit for Dane Road car park for the weekly stay as well as the use of most other car parks in the County. The cost of this permit is paid for by the owner of this apartment between 01 April and 31 October when charges apply.
