The open plan living area opens out onto a large private garden terrace with a gate and steps down onto Headland Road. There are lovely town, golf course and coastal views towards Fistral Beach from the terrace.

Doors open onto the patio terrace with patio furniture ideal for dining `al fresco` the terrace overlooks Newquay Golf Course with views towards Newquay Town and Fistral Beach. A gate and steps down onto Headland Road with a short walk to Fistral Beach.

BATHROOM Part tiled walls, tiled floor, bath with mains shower over and shower screen. Wall mounted chrome heated towel rail, WC, wash hand basin and cabinet, granite shelves, large wall mirror, waste bin, shaver point.

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, side table and lamps, wardrobe, chair, Juliet balcony.

PARKING There is no allocated car parking for this apartment. Guests can park in Dane Road car park directly behind the Zinc building. Access can be made by walking through the communal walkway in Zinc, or by walking down headland Road, turn left into Dane Road and up the hill and into the car park. Guests have free use of a Rover permit for Dane Road car park for the weekly stay as well as the use of most other car parks in the County. The cost of this permit is paid for by the owner of this apartment between 01 April and 31 October when charges apply.
