Coastguard Cottage was originally built to house the Newquay Coast Guard. This mid terrace cottage has been sympathetically modernised and now provides accommodation for up to eight people. Ideal for couples and families and is close to the town`s shops, bars and restaurants.

Within walking distance of all the town beaches, Newquay Golf course, The Harbour and Fistral Beach ideal for golf, surfing and fishing.

GROUND FLOOR

BEDROOM FOUR Twin beds, bedside table, reading lamps, storage shelving unit.

LOUNGE Three sofas, (2 x 3 seater & 1 x 2 seater), folding table, TV with freeview, DVD player, feature fire place. Patio doors leading to the garden.

KITCHEN Built in oven, grill and microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, hatch through to sun lounge and door to:

SUN LOUNGE Pine dining room table and chairs, cupboard housing washing machine. Patio doors leading to garden.

GARDEN Spacious and private enclosed rear garden laid to lawn and flower beds with paved patio and garden furniture. The shed to the rear of the garden provides additional storage if required. There is even an outside tap for hosing down your wet suits after a surf!

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, wardrobe with hanging rail and shelving, chairs, side tables, reading lamps.

BEDROOM TWO Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs, bedside tables, reading lamps.

BEDROOM THREE Bunk beds, chest of drawers, bedside table, chairs, reading lamp.

Bookcase on landing with a selection of books.

BATHROOM Bath with electric shower over, hand wash basin and WC.

HEATING Gas fired central heating.

PARKING This property has an adjacent garage, reached via a lane to the side of the terrace of cottages, providing all year round free parking - a definite bonus with a property located in the town centre. Street parking out of season.

OTHER FACILITIES Cot and highchair are available on request. Outside wash down tap in garden for surfers and wetsuits.

PET FRIENDLY A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in this property but must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms and we ask that dogs are kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.
