Fistral Pearl 9 is a two bedroom apartment on the second floor of this award winning design building on Headland Road.

The quality and finish of this apartment is outstanding and the building was recognised at the 2009 Mail on Sunday British Home Awards where the Pearl Development was awarded `Housing Project of the Year Award`.

From the lounge and bedrooms there are stunning golf course, sea and coastal views, whilst access to Fistral Beach is only a short distance away.

There is secure allocated car parking for one car and a storage cage in the basement surf store holds beach equipment, wetsuits, surfboards etc.

Please note this apartment only accepts bookings from families and couples. Smoking IS NOT permitted in Fistral Pearl or on the balcony, which includes burning or heating any material which causes heat or smoke.
