Greenacres, FOWEY

Green Acres is a superb complex of just ten deluxe 4 STAR RATED Cornish stone-faced cottages set in two acres and surrounded by stunning views of the countryside across Luxulyan Woods and Tywardreath Village down towards the sea. Green Acres provides a delightful rural retreat just 3 miles from the Eden Project and the charming 1000 year old stannery town of Lostwithiel and 5 miles from Fowey.

All of the cottages, brand new in September 2008, are furnished and equipped to deluxe standards and have been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain. Several cottages have private hot tubs and two others are able to accommodate dogs.

There is an indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms plus shower and toilet. A small childrens outside play area is located alongside the pool complex.

There is a communal barbecue area in addition to some cottages having their own brick built facility.

A mini ‘garden farm’ is located adjacent to the complex where fresh produce is sometimes available.

KITCHEN Well equipped area with cooker, microwave, dish washer, fridge and separate freezer, iron and board, plus a wide range of utensils, crockery and cutlery

LOUNGE/DINER High quality double sofa bed and 2 arm chairs, dining table and chairs, coffee table, wood burning stove, widescreen TV with a wide range of satellite channels including Sky Sports and DVD player

BEDROOM facilities One double bedroom (mostly en suite) and one twin bedded room, both with TV and DVD player

BATHROOM Two bathrooms with bath or shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail

HEATING Under floor heating plus wood burner in the lounge. Full double glazing throughout.

SECURITY Smoke alarm system.

PARKING One reserved private parking space per cottage.

OUTSIDE Patio or verandah with garden furniture; some with private barbecue.

A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in some properties but must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms and we ask that dogs are kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.

FACILITIES Hot tub – supplement payable, free wireless internet, Reception, small shop providing basic essentials, coin operated laundry

DISABLED CLIENTS are most welcome. Whilst unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair most cottages have level access from the car park. Most cottages have a ground floor shower and toilet and level access to the patio area.
