Headland View is a well furnished ground floor two bedroomed apartment located close to Fistral Beach with commanding sea and coastal views from the lounge and patio terrace.

The accommodation is well laid out to suit four people either as two couples or a couple with children.

Please note smoking IS NOT permitted in Headland View or on the balcony, which includes burning or heating any material which causes heat or smoke.

There is one allocated parking space that belongs to the apartment.

Headland View is ideal for a family beach holiday and coastal walking, yet close enough to the harbour and Newquay town centre with its bars, restaurants and shops.

ENTRANCE HALL with coat and key racks, store cupboard, radiator and laminate floor.

KITCHEN Beechwood work surfaces, wall mounted cupboards over and under worktops. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, four ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, knife block, laminate floor.

LOUNGE/DINER Two two seater leather sofas, electric fire, book box, large flat screen Panasonic TV, DVD and video player, side tables and lamps. Dining table and four chairs, lamp stand and bookshelf with books and games. Laminate flooring throughout with rugs. Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the terrace with furniture where you can relax taking in the fabulous views.

BATHROOM Wash hand basin, WC, bath with shower over, wall mounted heated towel rail with cabinet.

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, two, two drawer chest, two lamps, digital clock radio, blanket box, radiator, TV and stand, dressing table and stool, built in wardrobes, lovely sea views from the bedroom window. ENSUITE with shower cubicle, mains MIRA shower, wash hand basin, WC, wall mounted heated towel rail, cupboard.

BEDROOM TWO Twin beds, two side tables with lamps, clock radio, built in wardrobe, radiator, three drawer chest, two chairs, TV and DVD/video player.

HEATING Gas fired central heating with an additional electric heater in the lounge.

OUTSIDE Patio terrace with furniture and communal lawns with glorious beach, sea and coastal views over the Headland, Fistral Beach and Newquay Bay. One allocated car parking space. Please display the parking permit which is inside the apartment.
