Lakeside Cottage is a detached two bedroomed property within the same grounds as the owner`s accommodation and enjoys sweeping views of Newquay`s popular Trenance Boating Lake and gardens.

This property is just outside Newquay Town centre but convenient for it`s shops and restaurants, Newquay Zoo, Newquay swimming pool, tennis courts and the horse riding stables. It is well located for access to the main roads out of the town and close to the River Gannel estuary and the beaches.

Guests enter the property on the ground floor and into the hallway.

BEDROOM TWO A twin room with zip and link beds on the ground floor, side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a flatscreen TV with Freeview. Leading off the bedroom is an ENSUITE BATHROOM comprising of a separate bath, shower cubicle with mains shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Off the first floor landing is a Storage and cloak cupboard.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, DINER and LOUNGE.

KITCHEN Four ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and breadbin. Dishwasher, fridgefreezer and washerdryer.
