Porth Cottage is a charming and intimate 18th century cottage dating back to around 1700. It was originally built of cob and over the centuries has been home to many a local fisherman and his family. It has been refurbished with all the modern essentials whilst still oozing with charm and character from a bygone era with its low oak-beamed ceilings and other traditional features.

Situated just 100 yards from Porth beach. Porth Cottage makes an ideal base and accommodates a maximum of 4 persons.

BATHROOM Bathroom with bath and overhead shower attachment and toilet

LOUNGE Lounge with TV & DVD player plus small annexe lounge - a `snug` room with wood burner

KITCHEN Well equipped kitchen/diner that leads out into the garden and patio area. There is an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a full range of crockery and cutlery

UTILITY ROOM A small utility room with washing machine and dryer plus separate toilet

HEATING Heated throughout

FACILITIES Smoke alarm system, bedroom safe All bedding, made up for your arrival comprises pillows, duvet and linen All towels and tea towels provided for internal use

PARKING Private parking space (1 car) directly outside the Cottage

Guests of Porth Cottage are welcome to use the facilities of The Porth Veor Manor, just 200 yards away. These include bar, restaurant and conservatory, plus of course the grounds and a heated swimming pool (usually open Apr - Oct). Breakfast and dinner can be arranged via hotel reception and at special discount prices. Table reservations can be made at Porth Veor Reception

Disabled clients are most welcome, however Porth Cottage is entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties.
