Meadow Barns, NEWQUAY

Daisy, Poppy and Primrose are three converted terraced barns in eighteen acres of lovely rural surroundings all available to guests with superb front and side views of the countryside looking towards the coastline and villages of Colan, St Mawgan and St Columb Minor near Newquay.
All three barns enjoy an elevated position to take advantage of this uninterrupted rural setting within its own private meadow field. These properties would appeal to couples and families who enjoy the countryside and yet Newquay`s beaches are only fifteen minutes away by car. With the barns in such a good rural location there is a variety of wildlife on hand, fishing lakes closeby and DairyLand is a popular tourist attraction two miles away.
Each property has its own private terrace with furniture and a BBQ.
There is a parking area and turning bay near the building and guests can enjoy the large meadow field. There is also a purpose built childrens play area with swing and slide.
By car, the village of Quintrell Downs is nearby with its three pubs, The Two Clones, The Quintrell Inn and The Treffry Tavern and there is a recently opened Spar shop for groceries.

LOUNGE Two, two seater leather settees, coffee table with games and books, lamp, wall mounted flat screen TV with an IPOD docking station, in built DVD/CD player and Freeview. Lovely rural views from the lounge windows.

KITCHEN Granite effect work surfaces, washing machine, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, four ring electric hob and electric oven. Microwave, kettle, toaster, breadbin and covered wastebin. Superb, rural views of the countryside from the kitchen window.
BEDROOM ONE Standard double bed, side tables and lamps, dressing table and mirror, wardrobe hanging rail. Chest of drawers.
ENSUITE BATHROOM Part tiled, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, bath with electric shower and shower screen.
BEDROOM TWO Two single beds which are zip and link which can be used as a king sized double bed, side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe hanging rail.
ENSUITE BATHROOM Part tiled, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shower cubicle with electric shower.
HEATING Electric heating throughout the property.
OUTSIDE Each property has its own private terrace with furniture and a BBQ.There is a parking area and turning bay near the building and guests can enjoy the large meadow field. There is also a purpose built childrens play area with swing and slide. There is a Beach Hut style storage unit that can hold up to 4 bicycles, surfboards/body boards/wetsuits and beach equipment for Primrose Barn.
ACCESS To access Meadow Barns guests must turn off the A392 into a short lane, through the metal field gate and drive down to the parking bay adjacent to the barns. If guests are staying in Poppy and Primrose the end terrace barns there is a walkway along the back of the building coming out onto the terrace and through the patio doors into the lounge. Otherwise, guests can walk along the path at the front of the building and up the steps to all of the barns onto the terraces.

`We had a fabulous holiday staying in Primrose Barn - great accommodation with fabulous, uninterrupted country views from the lounge and patio. As I am partially disabled, it was useful that the barn was all on one level, with only one manageable step to enter the barn itself, and easy access from the carpark. Definitely recommended and will be returning again soon!`
