During July and August we can only accept full week bookings on this property.
Sea View is a detached four double bedroomed dormer bungalow situated in an elevated position above Porth beach with lovely rural and coastal views. The property is within a few minutes walk of the sandy beaches of Porth and Whipsiderry and five minutes drive away from Watergate Bay and Jamie Oliver`s `Fifteen` restaurant. Sea View will sleep up to 10 people, suitable for couples or up to two families. The accommodation is laid out over two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
LOUNGE ONE TV/DVD/CD music system, two cream three seater settees, a black three seater settee, patio doors leading out onto a dual terrace ideal for sunbathing, eating or watching the evening sunset with sea and beach views.
LOUNGE TWO One settee and two chairs. TV/DVD/Video player with a small library of books, DVD`s and videos, WIFI - ideal room for reading or for children to play on the small games table.
KITCHEN/DINER This is a large long room with seating up to 10 people. Fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Gas hob, extractor and electric oven. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer with door leading out onto the rear patio terrace and rear garden. Sea views from front.
BEDROOM FOUR Double bedded room, two side tables combination wardrobe with drawers under.
SHOWER ROOM White shower cubicles, hand washbasin and WC.
Stairs to first floor:
MASTER BEDROOM Double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers, white ensuite bath, WC and hand wash basin. All sea and beach views.
BEDROOM TWO Bunk beds, a single bed that can be converted into a twin, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All sea and beach views.
BEDROOM THREE Double bedded room, combination wardrobe with drawers under, two side tables. Sea and beach views.
SECOND BATHROOM White bath with shower over, WC and wash handbasin.
Storage cupboards on landing.
HEATING Gas central heating throughout
OUTSIDE Steps up to the property with 2 patio terraces with sea and beach views.
Back. Patio terrace with barbecue area with steps up to lawned garden and play area with sandpit and Wendy house. Storage garden sheds.
PARKING Front. Off road parking for 2 cars. Travel cot and Highchair available.
