Seascape is an attractive two bedroom ground floor apartment sleeping up to six guests. Located away from the bustle of Newquay town cente but within easy reach of Newquay Harbour, the beaches and the town`s amenities and nightlife. Enjoy al fresco dining on the south facing patio whilst soaking up the sun and views of Newquay Bay. This property is suitable for both couples and families. Private off road parking.

Sliding patio doors onto terrace and lawned area ideal for sitting outside and taking in the stunning views over coast, beaches and harbour.

DINING ROOM Table and six chairs, sideboard, access to kitchen.

KITCHEN Beech effect wall units with drawers and cupboards under. Tiled floor, granite effect roll edged laminate worktops, larder fridge, dishwasher, four ring electric hob and electric oven, washing machine, clothes airier, microwave, toaster, kettle, freezer in cupboard/storage shelves.

BEDROOM ONE (en suite bathroom) One double bed, two bedside chests of drawers, built in wardrobes, further chest of drawers.

ENSUITE BATHROOM Bath with shower over, bidet, WC, hand washbasin.

BEDROOM TWO (en suite shower) Two single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes.

ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM Double shower, bidet, WC wash hand basin and cabinet.

FACILITIES A cot and highchair are provided.

OUTSIDE A patio table and chairs for al fresco dining.

HEATING Gas central heating throughout.

PARKING Off road parking.

PET FRIENDLY A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in this property but must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms and we ask that dogs are kept on a lead and supervised at all times whilst outside the property. Please remove all traces of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.
