Lodge 67, PADSTOW

This Scandinavian style, spacious four bedroom lodge is set in the Cornish countryside within the holiday village of Retallack Resort and Spa, six miles from Padstow and eight miles from the surfing mecca of Newquay. The lodge which is equipped with modern furnishings is ideal self-catering accommodation. Retallack Resort and Spa is close to the A30 and from the lodge you can visit the Eden Project, Rick Stein`s Seafood Restaurant at Padstow, Jamie Oliver`s Fifteen at Watergate Bay or have a family day out at Padstow and the many beaches around Newquay.

This lodge is ideal for families, groups of friends and couples.

BEDROOM ONE Superking double bed, two side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, leather chair, mirror and wall mounted flatscreen TV.

BEDROOM TWO Twin beds, chest of drawers, side table and lamp.

BATHROOM Shower cubicle and mains shower. Separate bath, WC and shelf. `His and Hers` wash hand basins with cupboards underneath. Mirror with light and shaving point. Tiled floor.

STORAGE CUPBOARD Washer dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board.

KITCHEN Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, five ring gas hob, electric oven and extractor hood. Granite work surfaces, microwave, toaster, bread bin, waste bin, knife block, utensil holder, kettle, fire blanket.

DINING AREA Table and eight chairs.

LOUNGE Two seater settee, two chairs, coffee table, side tables and lamp. Flatscreen TV and TV stand, Freeview, DVD Player. Patio doors leading out onto a decked patio terrace with patio furniture and seating for eight guests.

MAIN LOUNGE Writing desk and stool, sideboard, three seater and two seater settees, coffee table and stool, large flatscreen TV and DVD player, sidetable and lamp. Patio doors leading out onto a decked balcony with lovely resort and rural views of the surrounding countryside.

BEDROOM THREE Superking double bed, side tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers, sidetables and lamp. Wall mounted flatscreen TV, mirror. ENSUITE Walk in shower cubicle and electric shower, WC, wash hand basin with cupboards underneath, mirror, light and shaving point. Wall mounted heated towel rail.

BEDROOM FOUR Twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sidetables and lamp, wall mounted flatscreen TV and mirror. ENSUITE Shower cubicle and mains shower, wall mounted heated towel rail, WC, `His and Hers` wash hand basins with cupboards underneath.

OUTSIDE Large decked area (front and rear) with garden furniture for 8 people. Barbeque.

PARKING Parking for two vehicles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Wood flooring through hall, kitchen and lounge/diner. Disabled access from parking area to the front and rear of the lodge.

FACILITIES ON SITE Guests` of Serenade are welcome to use the facilities of the resort. The heated swimming pool with baby pool. The Scandinavian Sauna and mood lit Eucalyptus Steam Room or a tranquil spa treatment followed by a healthy lunch in the Spa Bar.

The pitch and putt golf course, tennis courts, children`s play area, lakes and country walks will keep the whole family entertained.

The UK`s first FlowRider opened in 2010, families from the age of 5 to 65 have been enjoying learning the new craze from carving, turning and learning tricks to watching the Pro Shows, the FlowRider has helped create the dream holiday for teenagers!
