This select development of three villas, built and furnished to a very high standard throughout, is located approximately one hundred yards from the mile-long sandy beach of Watergate Bay. Each villa has two ground floor bedrooms with a lounge and kitchen/diner upstairs.

Guests are most welcome to use the facilities at The Porth Veor Manor in the neighbouring resort of Porth, just 2 miles away. The Beaucliffes Restaurant offers superb cuisine with lunch and dinner served daily. Table reservations can be made via The Beachcombers reception.

KITCHEN/DINER well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, plus utensils, crockery and cutlery

LOUNGE with widescreen TV and a wide range of satellite channels including Sky Sports plus DVD player and a double sofa bed

FACILITIES Registered guide dogs for the blind and/or service dogs are welcome free of charge DISABLED CLIENTS are most welcome. However please note that The Tregurrian Villas do not have a lift and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties.

PLEASE NOTE that as a result of building work taking place at the hotel adjacent to Tregurrian Villas between October 2009 and May 2010 the tariff has been reduced to compensate our guests should any inconvenience be caused.
