Vesta is a first floor studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the decked patio area and courtyard. This property like Gaia, its sister studio, is tastefully furnished and is perfect self catering accommodation for two guests. Close to Newquay town centre Vesta could also be part of a combined group booking for six to eight guests using Gaia and Juno the ground floor one bedroomed apartment.

Steps up to the balcony with table and chairs, entrance door into the:

KITCHEN Granite effect work surfaces, four ring electric hob and extractor hood, with a wall mounted combination microwave and oven. Fridge and freezer box, waste bin, electric kettle and toaster.

Open plan living and sleeping area.

LOUNGE/DINER/ BEDROOM AREA Two seater settee, dining table and chairs, double bed, bedside three drawer cabinet with lamps, hanging rail, wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, WIFI.

BATHROOM Wash hand basin, WC, wall mounted heated towel rail, shower cubicle with electric shower.

PARKING Parking for one car.
