Vesta is a first floor studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the decked patio area and courtyard. This property, like Gaia its sister studio, is tastefully furnished and is perfect self catering accommodation for two guests. Close to Newquay town centre Vesta is ideal for couples and can also be used as part of a combined group booking using the ground floor sister studio apartment Gaia, the one bedroom apartment Juno and the two bedroom apartment Aurora. The ideal package for up to 10 guests.

Steps up to the balcony with table and chairs, entrance door into the:

KITCHEN Granite effect work surfaces, four ring electric hob and extractor hood, with a wall mounted combination microwave and oven. Fridge and freezer box, waste bin, electric kettle and toaster.

Open plan living and sleeping area.

LOUNGE/DINER/ BEDROOM AREA Two seater settee, dining table and chairs, double bed, three drawer bedside cabinet with lamps, hanging rail, wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, WIFI.

BATHROOM Wash hand basin, WC, wall mounted heated towel rail, shower cubicle with electric shower.

HEATING Electric heating

PARKING There is one designated parking space to the rear of the property.
