The Whitewater Penthouse is a spacious two bedroom apartment with a fabulous roof terrace offering commanding sea, coastal, town and rural views.

The property is suitable for four guests, including children, and its location allows comfortable walking access to the beaches nearby and Newquay town centre. The A30 and surrounding towns of Truro, Padstow, St Austell and Bodmin are easily reached by car from the apartment.

Tesco express is conveniently situated directly underneath this block of apartments, whilst access to the penthouse is through the secure underground car park and then by lift to the top floor. There is one designated car parking space.
