HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY

 

SELF CATER CORNWALL REGRETS THAT IT CANNOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM ALL MALE/FEMALE PARTIES OR GROUPS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Provisional Bookings can be taken over the phone or email and held for a maximum of three days.

Please print, complete and return your booking form with your deposit and booking fee. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday, you will need to send the full payment, including the security bond where appropriate.

Alternatively bookings can be made over the telephone or online. All telephone bookings paid for by credit/debit card, whether deposits or balance payments, are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form and deposit. This will show your booking reference number, the balance payment due for your holiday and the date by which it must be paid which is 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Access, Key collection and travel instructions to the property will be sent on receipt of your final payment.

Security deposits will be payable with the balance 8 weeks prior to the holiday and refunded within 14 days of the completion date of the holiday.

Payment by cheque should be made payable to Self Cater Cornwall. Payment can also be made by debit or credit card but a surcharge of 3% is made on all credit card payments (not debit cards).

Our normal office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8.30am - 1.00pm  Closed on Sundays

COMPLETING THE BOOKING FORM

We hope that you will be able to complete the booking form fairly easily, but if you have problems here is some additional guidance.

Enter the name of the property you are wishing to book. When entering your arrival and departure dates please ensure that you list the day of the week relating to both.

Complete details of who is coming and include ages of all people who are under 18. If you are bringing a pet or pets please give details in the space provided.

If you are bringing a pet you will be required to pay an additional charge per pet per week (charge varies for each pet friendly property).

Declaration - having firstly printed and read the booking conditions sign and date the form.

Remember we can only hold a provisional booking for 3 working days.
