BOOKING INFORMATION

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

After selecting your property you have the following options:

If the property is available to book online select the week that you require and if it is available please press the BOOK NOW button and complete the online reservation form.  You will then be directed to our secure payment section where you are able to pay for your booking using most major credit cards seen at the bottom of this page.

If the property is not available to book online please contact us on 0845 500 2626 and speak to one of our property advisors. We can confirm the price and availability and take your payment details over the telephone or you can pay by cheque or BACS.

What happens next?

For online bookings (assuming there are no queries), confirmation of your booking will be sent to you which will show your booking reference number, the balance payment due for your holiday (if applicable) and the date by which it must be paid.

For bookings taken over the telephone we will send you confirmation of your booking showing your booking reference number, the balance payment due for your holiday (if applicable) and the date by which it must be paid. A booking form must be completed and signed together with our booking Terms and Conditions.

Please note that Provisional Bookings can be taken over the telephone or email and held for a maximum of three days.

All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS

 

Deposit

If you are booking 4 weeks or more before the holiday we require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of the booking.

 

Balance Payment

The balance or rent due on your booking is required 4 weeks before the holiday.  You can pay the balance of your booking by card over the telephone or by cheque or BACS.

Full Payment

If you are booking the holiday 4 weeks or less before the start date of the holiday then we require payment of the full amount at the time of the booking.

Security Bond

Any Security Bond should be included with your balance or full payment.  This bond will be returned to you shortly after your departure assuming that there are no deductions to be made.

Booking Fee

There is a £25.00 booking fee payable on all bookings.

Card Payments

There are NO SURCHARGES on any credit card payments.

Payment by cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Self Cater Cornwall.

Office Hours

Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm. Closed on Sundays.

SELF CATER CORNWALL REGRETS THAT IT CANNOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM ALL MALE/FEMALE PARTIES OR GROUPS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. Please contact us if you are unsure.
