11 Zinc

A stylish, two-bedroom apartment situated on Headland Road offers adventure just outside your door! With famous Fistral Beach in one direction and vibrant Newquay town in the other, 11 Zinc puts you in the heart of the action!

Where is it?

As the name suggests, Headland Road leads directly to Towan Head, the headland that juts out into the sea between Fistral Beach and Newquay Harbour. At its peak, you’ll find the old Coastguard lookout station, like the cherry on top! 11 Zinc is a ground-floor property facing Newquay Golf Course. Step out onto the patio, and to your right, you'll see Fistral Beach, just at the end of the road.

The location places you within easy reach of some of Newquay’s top dining spots, including Rick Stein’s fish & chips and the Fistral Beach Bar - perfect for a laid-back beachfront meal.

For a change of pace, a short walk from the apartment takes you to Graze, a tapas restaurant known for its flavourful small plates, and The Harbour Fish and Grill, a must-visit for seafood lovers!

If you’re feeling active, head out on a scenic walk along the rugged coastline, with stunning views leading you directly to Newquay's lively town centre. Here, you can browse the shops, enjoy more great food, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of this seaside town.
