17 Cliff Edge is a beautiful and stylish three bedroom apartment that offers self catering accommodation on the first floor of the well appointed Cliff Edge development in Newquay on the North Cornwall coastline.

The apartment has sea facing lounge and bedroom accommodation capturing Tolcarne Beach, the stunning coastal scenery and the fabulous sunsets. In the evenings guests can walk out of the lounge onto the wrap around balcony to take advantage of the sweeping one hundred and eighty degree views.

FACILITIES
17 Cliff Edge has two balconies, secure parking with two designated parking bays situated directly across from the garage entrance door. There is one electric car charging point, a communal wash down and storage facility for wetsuits and surfboards, lift access from the car park to the apartment on the first floor.

At the bottom of the road guests can explore and enjoy Trenance Boating Lake and gardens with Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, the Heron Tennis Centre, Trenance Riding Stables and glorious walks along the River Gannel estuary.

LOCATION
Situated on the east side of Newquay and overlooking Tolcarne Beach guests can either visit the beach, hire a beach hut, have a meal or drink in the Colonial Restaurant or simply take a swim in the family friendly sea.

When you enter the apartment off the hall there are two storage cupboards, one for suitcases and the other has a hoover and cleaning equipment. A utility room that has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, WiFi router and a shelf for storage. There is an extra WC, wash hand basin and coat rack.

KITCHEN
A large island with a breakfast bar, stools and a five ring electric hob. Drawers underneath and a temperature controlled wine cooler. Integral NEFF double fridge and a double freezer, a KUPPERSBUSCH dishwasher, built in NEFF microwave and oven and a separate electric oven.

DINING
A large Italian style dining table and chairs with seating for six guests.

LOUNGE
Wall mounted SMART TV with WiFi, three seater sofa, two chairs, water features, sideboard and patio doors that open out onto a wrap around balcony with furniture.

BEDROOM ONE
Superking bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, bedside tables and lamps. Wall mounted SMART TV.

ENSUITE BATHROOM: Bath with jacuzzi, overhead shower and screen, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, bidet facility.

BEDROOM TWO
King size bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, bedside tables and lamps, wall mounted SMART TV. Dressing table, patio door leads out onto a balcony and furniture with sea views.

ENSUITE: Shower cubicle, WC wash hand basin, heated towel rail, bidet facility.

BEDROOM THREE
King size bed, double wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables and lamps, wall mounted SMART TV.
