Stellar by name, Stellar by nature, this is one of the finest examples of apartment living in Newquay and this superb, three bedroom penthouse is perched at the top of the Cliff Edge building with a commanding, panoramic one hundred and eighty degree view over Tolcarne beach, the coast and Newquay Bay is the ultimate must for that self catering holiday experience.

FACILITIES

26 Cliff Edge has a large outside roof terrace, secure parking with two designated parking bays in the underground car park complemented with one electric car charging point, a communal wash down and storage facility for wetsuits and surfboards, lift access from the car park basement that takes guests directly up to the fourth floor apartment.

At the bottom of the road guests can enjoy the Trenance Boating Lake and gardens with Trenance riding stables, Waterworld, Newquay Zoo and the Heron tennis centre.

LOCATION

Situated on the East Edge of Newquay above Tolcarne beach guests can either enjoy the sun and surf or stroll into the town centre to experience the cafes, restaurants and shops on offer. Alternatively, take the car and head out of Newquay to explore the rest of Cornwall.

Off the hall there is a utility room that houses the washer dryer, a storage area for guest suitcases, a travel cot and highchair. There is a separate toilet room with a wash hand basin.
From the hall you enter the spacious and elegant open plan kitchen, living and relaxing lounge areas with light flooding in from the large double fronted windows.

KITCHEN

A stylish kitchen inspired by the classic whitewashed Cycladic interior style typical of the Mediterranean, with a built in Neff microwave and oven, a separate electric oven, a five ring induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, a temperature controlled wine cooler and breakfast bar with stools.

The patio doors open out onto the sea facing terrace with a large table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst sipping wine looking down onto Tolcarne beach and taking in the fresh, salty sea air, or admiring the glorious pink and purple sunsets Newquay has to offer guests.

BEDROOM ONE

A king size double bed, side tables and lamps, a wall mounted Smart TV, wardrobes and a chest of drawers, a separate occasional table with hair dryer.

ENSUITE BATHROOM

In this large bathroom there is a walk in shower cubicle with glass screen, a stand alone bath that is the feature of the room, heated towel rail, wash basin, wc, mirror and vanity unit.

BEDROOM TWO

Two single beds which have a zip and link option to make into a king size double bed, side tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a wall mounted Smart TV.

A walk in shower with glass screen, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail.
