30 Rocklands a one bedroom apartment offers self catering holiday accommodation situated on the third floor of the east wing of the Rocklands building with stunning views over Tolcarne Beach and out to sea.

With its contemporary interiors and stylish furnishings Apartment 30 offers guests a memorable experience. From the open plan living accommodation guests can take in the breathtaking sea, beach and coastal views looking towards Padstow.

This apartment is suitable for four guests as two adults and two children as there is a sofa bed but please note it is 5ft 3" x 3ft 3" therefore for taller children and taller adults this may not be suitable.

FACILITIES

30 Rocklands is part of the unique Rocklands apartment complex where the building looks down onto Tolcarne beach, the sea and the coast towards Padstow. In the basement there is an allocated storage locker for the surfboard, wetsuit and beach equipment together with a shower room to wash down after a day on the beach. Pizza Express is on the ground floor of this building.

LOCATION

A short walk and you are either on the beach soon soaking up the sun and taking to the waves or heading into the town centre to eat or browse the shops.

30 Rocklands is so well located on the edge of Newquay that guests can either leave the car and walk everywhere, or take the car and head off to explore Cornwall.
