32 One Lusty Glaze is a three bedroom apartment on the second floor of the prestigious One Lusty Glaze development and has one of the finest settings being an end of the block facing the sea with it’s breath taking coastal panorama with several family beaches within touching distance, but still close to Newquay town centre on the North Cornish coast.

FACILITIES
There is an allocated car space available to guests just outside the main entrance doors to the rear of the building. Wide staircases, a lift to the second floor and across the car park is a personal metal storage cage for bikes, wetsuits, surfboards and beach equipment.

LOCATION
32 One Lusty Glaze has one of the finest locations in Newquay away from the urban environment of the town centre and yet within an easy walk of these facilities. Porth, Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Great Western beaches are minutes away for family days out. Chester Road Shopping Complex is close by as well as Tesco Express.

Newquay Railway Station with it’s branch line to Par that connects London Paddington to Penzance is a ten minute walk into the near side of town. Newquay Cornwall airport is six miles away and Truro City is fourteen miles away, offering the largest shopping centre in Cornwall.

Kitchen
An open plan area with an Integral fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a four ring electric hob and oven. An expresso coffee machine, toaster.

Lounge and Dining Area
Three seater sofa, lounge sofa seat, coffee table, Flatscreen TV with Freeview and Netflix (guest uses their own Netflix account). BOSE music centre, side table and lamps. The lounge patio doors fold back to allow access onto the large balcony to capture the stunning sea and coastal views.

Dining table and chairs. There are two extra chairs in the hall cupboard.

Master Bedroom
King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mounted TV. Ensuite bathroom, walk in shower, wc, wash basin, mirror and shelf.

King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom Three
Two single beds, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom
Bath with mains shower and glass screen, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, mirror and shelf.


Facilities
WiFi, underfloor heating, lift, wide staircases, metal storage cage and wash down area.

Parking
One designated car space in front of the main entrance doors to the rear of the apartment building.
