This apartment is suitable for two adults and two children as there is a sofa bed but please note it is 5ft 3" x 3ft 3" therefore for taller children and taller adults this may not be suitable.

32 Rocklands is part of the unique Rocklands apartment complex where the building looks down onto Tolcarne beach, the sea and the coast towards Padstow. In the basement there is an allocated storage locker for the surfboard, wetsuit and beach equipment together with a shower room to wash down after a day on the beach. Pizza Express is on the ground floor of this building.

LOCATION

The apartment is a short walk to the beach where you will soon be soaking up the sun and taking to the waves or heading into the town centre to eat or browse the shops.
