38 Rocklands a three bedroom penthouse apartment is located on the sixth floor of the east wing of the Rocklands building with a balcony showing off stunning sea and town views. There is a separate sky loft living area on the mezzanine level providing a superb relaxation or entertainment space to enjoy the breathtaking views.

This penthouse apartment is suitable for six guests including families who love the beach life but can be in touch with the bustling town of Newquay with its bars, shops and restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept single male and female group bookings into the Penthouse.

FACILITIES

38 Rocklands is part of the unique Rocklands apartment complex where the building looks down onto Tolcarne beach, the sea and the coast towards Padstow. In the basement there is an allocated storage locker for the surfboard, wetsuit and beach equipment together with a shower room to wash down after a day on the beach. Pizza Express is on the ground floor of this building.

LOCATION

A short walk and you are either on the beach soon soaking up the sun and taking the waves or heading into the town centre to eat or browse the shops. 38 Rocklands is so well located on the edge of Newquay that guests can leave the car in the secure underground car park and walk everywhere, or take the car and head off to explore Cornwall.

KITCHEN

Open plan contemporary fully integrated kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and microwave. Well equipped with a range of utensils and appliances, an island with five ring gas hob and an electric oven.

LIVING & DINING

Open plan stylish living and relaxing areas with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the magnificent sea views. Furnished with two love seats and a foot stool. Dining table and six chairs

Benefits from access onto the furnished balcony – a great place to serve pre-dinner drinks.

MEZZANINE AREA

Accessed via a spiral staircase this relaxing area features a semi circular sofa strategically positioned to enjoy the stunning sea views complete with a 42 inch LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player.

BEDROOM ONE

King size double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and a tub chair. There is a lovely sea view.

En-suite Bathroom that consists of a bath, wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

BEDROOM TWO

Double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe. Benefits from sea and town views.

BEDROOM THREE

Twin beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe. There are sea, town and rural views from this bedroom.

BATHROOMS

Family bathroom has a contemporary bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom One has an ensuite.

FACILITIES

WiFi, underfloor heating, lift access to and from the under ground car park, private locker for your wetsuit and surfboard.

PARKING
