The sitting area is oh-so-inviting with a large teal blue corner sofa, characterful arm chair and television. It is an utterly gorgeous spot to unwind in, styled by one of Cornwall’s leading interior designers with statement Tom Raffield lighting. There is also underfloor heating throughout the apartment and a selection of books, games and DVD’s to keep you entertained, should you be kept inside by the weather. Or during the summer months, your sun-drenched balconies await.

The sleek kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay including; an electric oven, ceramic induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. Special moments ignite around the large dining table with seating for up to eight guests, or enjoy leisurely dining at the breakfast bar with three bar stools.

7 Whitehouse boasts three lovely bedrooms to choose from. Bedroom one houses a sumptuous king-size four poster bed, wall-mounted television, glistening sea views and a large built-in wardrobe. It has the added opulence of an en-suite shower room, complete with a large rainfall shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom two provides a zip and link bed, which can be made up as a super king size bed or twin singles, wall-mounted television and a built-in wardrobe. Finally, bedroom three provides twin single beds and a wall-mounted television. The sleek family bathroom completes the apartment with a bath with rainfall shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. You will also find a large storage cupboard in the hallway, housing a convenient washer/dryer.
