Little Bejowan is a stunning three bedroom detached cottage providing self catering holiday accommodation in the village of Quintrell Downs three miles from Newquay on the North Cornwall Coast.

This beautiful, dog friendly stone cottage is full of character features and is one of the oldest properties in the area dating back to the 1700’s

Little Bejowan looks down and over grass lawns and enjoys complete privacy for its guests. The cottage is the perfect property for couples and families, and oh, the family dog can come on holiday too!

FACILITIES

Little Bejowan is blessed with excellent local facilities and amenities in the village which include three pubs, The Two Clomes, literally across the road from Little Bejowan, which has an excellent reputation for sensational food dishes, The Quintrell Inn and The Treffry Tavern, a Spar convenience store and a train stop which takes you on a day trip in and out of Newquay town with its fabulous beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.

LOCATION

The cottage is a short drive away from Newquay town (3 miles), the A30 dual carriageway (5 miles) to explore all parts of Cornwall including the North and South coastline and various attractions such as Dairyland (1 mile) The Eden Project (15 miles) and the Camel Creek Tourist Park (5 miles,) or relax and let the train take the strain into Newquay town centre.

KITCHEN

The large and attractive kitchen has a four ring electric oven and extractor hood, a stand alone fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. A breakfast bar with seating and patio doors which open out onto the private, sunny terrace and garden.

UTILITY ROOM

At the end of the hall is the utility room which has a sink, drainer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

DINING ROOM

Off the hall is the separate dining room with a table and seating for six guests.

LOUNGE

This relaxing and soothing living space has two three seater sofas, two arm chairs, a coffee table and lamp. Central to the lounge is the lovely, open feature fireplace with a working woodburner and remnants of the original bakery and clome oven.
Guests can relax watching their favourite films on Netflix on the flatscreen Smart TV with freeview.

A superb feature of the property is with the three bedrooms, which all have their own private bathroom/shower room.

BEDROOM ONE

Two zip and link beds can be set up as twin beds or join to make a large Superking bed, side tables with lamps, built in wardrobes, one having a mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom window overlooks the rear private garden.

EN SUITE FAMILY BATHROOM COMPRISING:

Bath, a separate shower cubicle, WC, sink with a shelf and mirror and heated towel rail.

BEDROOM TWO

A King size bed, a shelf and hanger, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom window overlooks the front lawns.

ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM

Shower cubicle, WC, mirror with shelf, heated towel rail.

BEDROOM THREE

Double bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and lamp.

ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM

Shower cubicle, WC, mirror with shelf, heated towel rail.

SNUG ROOM

Ideal for small children to play in or to sleep separately from the adults.

FACILITIES

Free WiFi, electric heating, a working log burner, a private bath/shower room for each of the three bedrooms. Private rear garden.

PARKING

There is sufficient parking for two vehicles.

DOG FRIENDLY

Two small/medium dogs are welcome at this property for a small charge. Dogs must not be left unattended. Please bring your own pet bedding.
