This two bedroomed first floor apartment with its open plan cooking, dining and relaxing area has been tastefully furnished with views towards Mawgan Porth and the beach creating the perfect environment for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Close to the west facing beach, the South West Coast Path and the village Sandcastles provides ideal self catering accommodation for couples and families to enjoy this beautiful spot in Cornwall.

FACILITIES

This apartment is part of the Europa Court complex where guests can enjoy full use of the heated swimming pool just yards away, use of the new tennis courts by arrangement and off road parking for two cars.

LOCATION

The village of Mawgan Porth has become a holiday hotspot in recent years sitting on the rugged North Cornwall coastline between the surfing town of Newquay and the foodie fishing town of Padstow made famous by celebrity chef Rick Stein.

The village plays host to a range of family light entertainment including the Donkey Derby races during the school holiday months of July and August, the famous annual duck race where hundreds of yellow plastic ducks vie with each other to see who can reach the beach bridge first!

There is good food and ale served up at the Merrymoor pub and at the Bedruthan Steps Hotel or at Scarletts take a soothing treatment and a relaxing spa.

Open plan with four ring electric hob, extractor and electric oven, microwave, fridge with no freezer box, dishwasher.

LOUNGE AND DINING

Open plan with a corner sofa for four guests, Smart TV with some Sky channels and Freeview. Wifi.

Access through the lounge patio door to the first floor balcony with patio furniture with views over towards Mawgan Porth village and the sea.

King size bed, (zip and link beds can be changed to two single beds on request), built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and wall mounted Smart TV with Freeview.

BEDROOM TWO

Furnished with zip and link single beds (can become a king size bed on request), built in wardrobe and wall mounted Smart TV with Freeview.

BATHROOM

Mains shower over bath with shower screen, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

FACILITIES

Sandcastles offers free WiFi, SKY movies and sport channels, electric heating, travel cot and highchair available free of charge.

OUTSIDE

Free use of heated swimming pool between 1st May and 30th September, use of tennis courts by arrangement

Off road parking for two cars.
