We take care of all administration, including enquiries, bookings, money collection, cancellations rebooking and late bookings.

Deposits and rent balances paid direct into your bank account (less our commission and VAT). As we receive the monies in we pay the monies over to you by BACS each month.

Every brochure request responded to on the same day ensuring a fast and effective service for all guests.

An in-depth online colour brochure offering detailed information and maximum exposure for each property.

We operate a security bond system with each booking to deter guests from damage and breakages. Happily this is rarely called upon.

Owners can use their properties themselves subject to the terms and conditions of the agency contract. Your holiday home is your property so we expect some weeks to be booked out for your use.
