25 Rocklands, a one bedroom apartment, with an additional king size bed in the lounge area, offers self catering for four people situated on the first floor of the east wing of the Rocklands building with a large patio terrace with furniture overlooking Tolcarne Beach and out to sea.
With its contemporary interiors and stylish furnishings Apartment 25 offers guests a memorable experience. From the open plan living accommodation guests can walk out onto the large balcony and take in the breathtaking sea, beach and coastal views looking towards Padstow.
The king size bed hidden in the wall of the lounge area makes this apartment suitable for two couples or even a small family who love the beach life but can be in touch with the bustling town of Newquay with its bars, shops and restaurants.
25 Rocklands is part of the unique Rocklands apartment complex where the building looks down onto Tolcarne beach, the sea and the coast towards Padstow. In the basement there is an allocated storage locker for the surfboard, wetsuit and beach equipment together with a shower room to wash down after a day on the beach. Pizza Express is on the ground floor of this building.
A short walk and you are either on the beach soon soaking up the sun and taking the waves or heading into the town centre to eat or browse the shops.
25 Rocklands is so well located on the edge of Newquay that guests can leave the car in the secure underground car park with its own designated car space and walk everywhere, or alternatively, take the car and head off to explore Cornwall.

No Smoking or Vaping (the use of E-Cigarettes) is permitted within the apartment, on the outside terrace or, anywhere within the Rocklands building including the communal areas such as the roof terrace, stairwells and the basement car park area. We would politely request that guests observe the No Smoking signs within the apartment and the communal areas within the Rocklands building.
No pets of any description are permitted within the apartment or, anywhere within the Rocklands building including the communal areas such as the roof terrace, stairwells, and the basement car park area.
There is maximum headroom of 1.95M (6′ 6”) when entering the basement car park garage. In most instances roof bars and roof boxes on larger vehicles will have to be removed before entry.
There is a designated car space in the secure underground car park
