32 ONE Lusty Glaze is a three bedroom apartment on the second floor of the prestigious One Lusty Glaze development and has one of the finest settings being an end of the block facing the sea with it’s breath taking coastal panorama with several family beaches within touching distance, but still close to Newquay town centre on the North Cornish coast.
There is an allocated car space available to guests just outside the main entrance doors to the rear of the building. Wide staircases, a lift to the second floor and across the car park is a personal metal storage cage for bikes, wetsuits, surfboards and beach equipment.
32 ONE Lusty Glaze has one of the finest locations in Newquay away from the urban environment of the town centre and yet within an easy walk of these facilities. Porth, Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Great Western beaches are minutes away for family days out. Chester Road Shopping Complex is close by as well as Tesco Express.
Newquay Railway Station with it’s branch line to Par that connects London Paddington to Penzance is a ten minute walk into the near side of town. Newquay Cornwall airport is six miles away and Truro City is fourteen miles away, offering the largest shopping centre in Cornwall.
