37 Rocklands is a two bedroom penthouse apartment that offers self catering holiday accommodation on the sixth floor of the west wing of the Rocklands building conveniently located for Newquay town centre and overlooking Tolcarne Beach.

With its contemporary interiors and stylish furnishings, 37 Rocklands boasts two balconies with sea and town views and offers guests a memorable experience. From the open plan living accommodation guests can walk out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking sea, beach and coastal views looking towards both Newquay town and harbour as well as Padstow.

This penthouse apartment is suitable for four guests either as a family or two couples who love the beach life but can be in touch with the bustling town of Newquay with its bars, shops and restaurants.

FACILITIES

37 Rocklands is part of the unique Rocklands apartment complex where the building looks down onto Tolcarne beach, the sea and the coast towards Padstow. There is an outside shower to clean off the salt and sand after a sunny day on the beach, or down in the basement there is an allocated storage locker for the surfboard, wetsuit and beach equipment with a heated wet room to wash down afterwards. Pizza Express is on the ground floor of this building.

LOCATION

A short walk and you are either on the beach soon soaking up the sun and taking the waves or heading into the town centre to eat or browse the shops.

37 Rocklands Penthouse is so well located on the edge of Newquay that guests can leave the car in the secure underground car park and walk everywhere, or as an alternative take the car and head off to explore Cornwall.
