1. Fresh Point 

Fresh Point offers the freshest local produce available to buy in store or order online. 

Offering everything from fresh fruit and veggies to a delicious deli, bakery, eggs and groceries. 

For orders placed by 1pm, you can even have your shopping delivered the same day! (applicable for TR7 postcodes and Quintrell Downs)

By choosing to shop local, you’re doing good not just for your health and taste buds, but for the environment, too! All orders have limited packaging, and where packaging is necessary plastic is kept to a minimum. More often than not, deliveries are also made in an electric van!

2. Newquay Farmers Market 

Newquay Farmers Market takes place every last Sunday of the month and boasts an incredible array of local traders offering everything from fish to chocolate to pottery! 

If you find yourself in Newquay at the end of this month, don’t miss this fabulous Cornish market, taking place at the wonderful C Space Newquay. A impressively beautiful building just off the town centre overlooking Towan Beach. Championing sustainability and authenticity, you’re sure to leave with a plethora of ingredients worthy of a proper Cornish feast.

3. Sprout Health Food

Sprout health shop is located right in the heart of Newquay town and offers an array of organic wholefoods, zero waste alternatives, fresh bread, natural household products and nutritional supplements and remedies. They also stock a variety of incredible, locally made goods by talented local producers. If you’re into your superfoods and speciality ingredients, this place is for you! 

The Courtyard Cafe is also open Monday – Saturday from 10am till 4pm, and serves up delicious locally roasted coffee and delicious cakes.
