Transfer your booking free of charge to another date in 2021 or 2022.
Full refund of your monies less the booking fee.

We continue to support the government guidance around leisure travel and are of course aware that this is conditional and subject to change.

Please rest assured that if it is impossible for you to take your booked holiday due to legal restrictions in place at the date for your booking, then the options set out below will be available to you. If there are no legal restrictions in place at the date your booking is due to start our normal terms and conditions will apply.

  • Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2022, free of charge.
  • Requests for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. However, if you provide proof that you have been affected by Covid which means you cannot travel or you are ill we will consider a refund of your deposit or balance less our booking fee.
