Below we have gathered together information on our Coronavirus response – from our latest updates to our BOOK with CONFIDENCE COVID -19 GUARANTEE and how we’re keeping our guests, our team and the wider community safe and well informed.

We continue to support the government guidance around leisure travel and are of course aware that this is conditional and subject to change.

Following the Government’s recent Road Map announcement on Monday, the 29th March 2021 we updated our information in two new stages as follows:

On Monday the 12th April 2021 self-contained accommodation, such as holiday lets, where indoor facilities are not shared with other households, can reopen. This rule applies to our cottages, houses, lodges and apartments where a single household can gain access to their self catering holiday accommodation using a single entrance/exit to enter or leave the property.

On Monday the 17th May 2021 all remaining self contained holiday accommodation that has shared entrances/exits and indoor shared facilities, (lobbies, lifts, communal stairwells and anything else that is considered as touching points), can reopen.

Of course our existing and new bookings continue to be protected by our Book with Confidence Covid-19 Guarantee which is as follows

  • Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2021 or 2022, free of charge.
  • Cancel your booking and receive a refund to the value of your holiday, minus our booking fee (maximum of £38).

Requests for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. However, if you provide proof that you have been affected by Covid which means you cannot travel or you are ill we will grant a refund of your deposit or balance less our booking fee.
