COVID-19 UPDATE: AS AT 21st May 2020

To our customers

We have closed our properties until at least 4th July 2020 due to the latest Government announcement.

Self Cater Cornwall Holiday Lettings fully support’s the Government to avoid non-essential travel and Guests should not travel to Cornwall at this time.

We are working with our customers in date order and would ask for your patience at this time.  We will make a further announcement in respect of July and August bookings after the Government’s next policy statement.

If you are worried about your booking and we have not been in contact with you please email us to enquiries@selfcatercornwall.co.uk quoting your booking reference number, name and query.

As we are experiencing a high level of calls and emails please see below some answers to frequently asked questions.

FAQS
I have a holiday booking in June 2020

If your booking is in June 2020 we have already contacted you and your booking will be moved to a later date, we will waive our usual amendment fees.

I have a holiday booking in July and August 2020

If your booking is in July or August we will review the situation in early June when we expect there to be Government guidance on the opening of self catering accommodation, hotels, guest houses, holiday parks and bed and breakfast accommodation.

Are you accepting new bookings?

We are not accepting any new bookings for travel before 4th July 2020.

If a customer books a holiday with us departing after 4th July 2020 and must subsequently amend their holiday date due to government-imposed travel restrictions, we will waive our usual amendment fees.

Please note that if there is any difference in the price of your accommodation the extra charge or if applicable a reduction in cost will be applied to the balance outstanding.

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

You will need to check with your travel insurance to find out if you are covered for cancelling your booking. We will not be offering refunds. We will endeavour to help as much as possible in terms of offering a change of dates.

What happens if I need to cancel my holiday because I have the Coronavirus and need to self isolate?
