We continue to support the government guidance around leisure travel and are of course aware that this is conditional and subject to change.
We are now in Lockdown 3 which means our office and all of our holiday properties are temporarily closed. With the new national restrictions in place until the 21st February 2021 we have decided we will not accept new bookings into our properties until after the 1st March 2021. This may be subject to change depending on further Government guidance in mid February 2021.
Of course our existing and new bookings continue to be protected by our Book with Confidence Covid-19 Guarantee which is as follows:
If you were due to stay with us in January or February 2021 only, we will be in touch to discuss your options, including either a refund of your deposit or transferring your booking to a later date. After all, we all need something to look forward to…
PLEASE NOTE: All existing bookings up to the 1st March 2021 will have signed up with our November 2019 or 2020 Bookers Terms & Conditions and therefore the two existing options above applies to your booking.
Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2021, free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: All new bookings made after the 1st March 2021 will have signed up with our January 2021 Bookers Terms & Conditions and therefore the option above applies to your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: If your holiday has to be cancelled due to UK government-mandated closure of your accommodation, stay at home directive or ban on non-essential travel, we’ll transfer your deposit to a future booking up to the end of 2021, subject to availability and variation of tariff.
This means Self Cater Cornwall did not cancel your holiday and therefore we will not allow refunds as part of the post March Covid Guarantee. All refund requests will be looked at by Self Cater Cornwall on a case by case basis.
